Where do our claims come from?

Expatriates:
This group of individuals are temporarily or permanently living in a country other than their legal residence. They are brand aware and want the best medical coverage at the best rates. Claims are managed retrospectively and receive personal service.

Students, business or leisure travelers:
Often these clients require retrospective claims coordination, as care is emergent and not planned.

Destination Medicine:
Travelling specifically for the purposes of obtaining health care, these clients can be motivated by costs. Claims are managed prospectively.
