Like many of you, Olympus is working diligently to accommodate the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA). Since our goal is to provide the highest level of service possible, we wanted to make certain that you understand the position of Olympus on HIPAA requirements and how the company intends on complying with the directives. HIPAA White Paper Modifications.

It is possible that additional regulation changes and inclusions will be proposed, and further government clarifications regarding HIPAA may emerge. Because of this potentially shifting environment, Olympus may need to modify the HIPAA White Paper to reflect these changes. If this occurs, we will post the alterations online upon availability.
